I highly recommend friendfeed.com for folks who try to follow many different services like that! I also use a program called twirl which is very nice, shows twitter updates but ALSO shows friendfeed updates, which includes twitter, flickr, digg, stumbledupon, and whatever other services a user sets up for their friend-feed to put all together. Very handy tool!
