You made butter?? You are amazing – isn’t that difficult?
No! Get a quart of cream, put it in a mixed ( I have a kitchen aid). Start like you are making whipped cream, then just keep going, and suddenly it will “seize” and turn yellow. Drain off the buttermilk, squeeze the milk in your hands in water until the water runs clear, and you are done!
